This is a first floor corner unit, with private stairs from the covered deck to the pool and beach!

There's nothing but the highest quality throughout this beautiful condo! The living room features a large sectional sofa, and the favorite overstuffed chair that everyone will claim for their own! Enjoy the large HD flat screen with Directv, as well as a Blue Ray player. Bring the kids Nintendo games and controllers, we've provided the Wii.

The dining area and kitchen area have seating for all. Everything you need for the kitchen is provided. You will enjoy the granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a community gas grill for everyone to enjoy.

Bedrooms are as follows:
Master: King bed, large bath with separate shower and jetted tub. There is a sliding door giving access to the oceanfront deck.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, bath with shower/tub combination.
Bedroom 3: Full bed with a twin as a bunk over it, bath with shower/tub combination.
We provide high quality 1000 count linens! Each bedroom has it's own television. The master also has a dvd player.

You will enjoy the oceanfront deck that has steps down to the ground for access to the pool and beach!

Of course there is a full size washer/dryer for your use.
