La' Rosa Fun House is an understatement, while staying here we are sure you will have a BLAST!  We have just renovated this home and have done  many uprades, All new furnitue and beds have just gone in as well as new paint, to high end Brazilian hand scraped wood flooring, to resurfacing the pool and jacuzzi and just put in brand new basketball and tennis courts on property just to name a few.

Located only five minutes from the world famous Las Vegas Strip and sitting on an acre of land . 

This two story 7000 sq. ft. home is perfect for multi family gatherings as there is a private Casita (optional) in the back yard complete with three bedrooms, one bath and living room right off the infinety pool area. The Main  House has two master bedrooms, one upstairs and the other down with 3 additional bedrooms.  Both master bedroom have a beautiful fire place and huge bathroom. The upstairs Master bedroom has a large balcony over-looking the Las Vegas Strip and infinity pool. The downstairs Master suite has a whirlpool jacuzzi style bathtub, marble floors and walk- in shower. This room also has two huge french doors that open up to the pool and jacuzzi area. Then there are 3 additional bedrooms, T.V. in every room.

You're going to love the huge living room area spread out over 1500 sq. ft. All marble floors, and huge10 and 20 foot floor to ceiling windows running the entire length of the room that look out over the infinity pool. We have just put in 4 brand new 60' L.C.D. high definition TV for your viewing pleasure.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make  wonderful home cooked meals, with huge island bar style seating, double sided subzero refridgerator and gas cook top that is open to the living room.

In the back of the house you will find a theater room with another high def 60'L.C.D. TV that includes a full bath with tub and shower over looking the infinity pool and view of the Las Vegas Strip. The other two bedrooms also have their own full size bathrooms with shower. All the beds in the home are new high end queen bedding with luxury linens.
