Its spacious living area has a built-in entertainment center with a large TV, surround sound, DVD player, and stereo system. The well equipped kitchen is a chef's dream and perfect for entertaining with a gas island stove, nice appliances, and solid surface counter tops. From the living/dining area, enjoy a glass of wine on the spacious deck which overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound, offering panoramic views and fabulous sunsets. Two bedrooms are also located on the main level with a Jack and Jill bathroom. One of these bedrooms has 2 twins and the other bedroom has a queen.

The newly renovated bottom floor has two bedrooms, two baths and a game room. One bedroom a queen and bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen plus a day bed. The whole family will enjoy the game room with TV and easy access to the private sound front beach.

The top floor consists of a king bed in the master bedroom with incredible views of the sound and its own balcony. The roomy master bath has a beautiful tile walk-in shower and large garden tub.

Isla Mia has its own private sound beach area which allows for easy access to swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing. You can bring your boat or wave runner and dock it right in front on the private pier. Enjoy the new stainless gas grill, perfect for cookouts. This home has plenty of activities for the entire family to enjoy.

Check in is at 3pm and check out at 10am.  A minimum of 30% down per reservation is required at time of booking. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are accepted. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Must be 25 to reserve.
