Vacation Rental Description

A superbly maintained luxury Villa located in the most prestigious 
area in Vallarta. Breathtaking , panoramic views of the Pacific await 
you from the 90' Terazza. Your own Pool is also located on the same 
Terazza overlooking the Bay of Banderas. Anna, our full time maid 
will pamper you and and be there to prepare breakfast, lunch, drinks. 
Her duties aside from keeping the Casa in immaculate condition also 
include doing your laundry, ironing, shopping, etc.. There is also a 
full time maintenance man who will keep your pool sparkling clean. 
You can sit in the pool and enjoy Margheritas from the wet bar. After 
a long day shopping or relaxing at the beach, retire to the 800 
square foot Master Suite and enjoy a Jacuzzi while watching the most 
glorious sunset you've ever seen! A truly magical place!

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates will vary according to time of year and number in party. All 
rates are in US Dollars:

Low Season....$250.00 per night for up to 4
each additional person is $50.00 per night

High Season...$300.00 per night for up to 4
each additional person is $50.00

Christmas/NewYears weeks...$650.00 per night for up to 4 
each additional person is $100.00

We are SOMEWHAT negotiable on the rates if we are open so please do
