• Catfish-Rosewood Manor is equiped for large or small families or groups it has extra dineing and cooking areas for up to 30 people. Couples also enjoy Catfish-Rosewood Manor as a romatic get away. It is a 3 bedroom house with extra beds in the pool room and spa and a total of 3 full bathrooms.  It has a beautiful kitchen and living area and laundry room with extra large Washer and Dryer. This property is in front of a 2 acre pond and has a large front deck,  fishing dock and covered spa area. The swimming pool is an indoor swim Spa and has is in its  own pool room attached to the breezeway of the main house.

The covered patio features a large 4 person hot tub, sauna and 2 person whirlpool with cascade waterfall.  Patio also has a gas grill with outdoor cooking space and triple sink, and a gazebo with picnic table and tables and chairs for up to 30 people.
