This is a beautiful log home located about 3 miles south of
Breckenridge. You can avoid the congestion of downtown but are
close enough to everything wonderful in Brekenridge. Located in the
valley along the Blue River makes this lovely home easily accessible
even in bad weather. No slippery roads to navigate! Warm cozy
fireplace-stove in main lounge. Two master suites: one down and one
up. One upstairs bedroom has extra sleeping lounge with TV. Hot
tub with bath inside the garage for easy use. Lovely log bedroom
furniture. Rear deck with mountain views.

Low season two persons$800 per week.
Each additional person is $50 per person per week during low season.
Ski season basic rate for 2 persons per week is $1000.
Each additional person is $200 per week. Holidays $500 per night
with a 4 night minimum. There is $250 cleaning charge per week, and
that will be determined at the time of rental.
