There is also a peaceful screened porch in the front of the house for morning coffee while viewing the sunrise.

This home is located on a quiet dead end street surrounded by beautiful tropical homes in this exclusive area, yet close to all amenities. The Cape Coral Yacht Club is less than 2 miles away with a marina, beach, pool, playground and boat ramp. Take your bike along the bike path with the bikes provided. The Cape Coral Bridge is less than 5 minutes away for easy access to Fort Myers and beautiful Fort Myers Beach.

Cape Coral is all about waterfront living, with over 400 miles of canals. Take to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico in a boat - bring your own or rent one. Many boat rental facilities offer to bring it right to your dock so no tow hitch is needed! Take a loop around Sanibel and Captiva islands and anchor your boat off the beautiful white sandy beaches with sparkling blue waters. Along the way you'll spot dolphins, stingrays and sometimes you'll even see manatees. This is an ideal location for your vacation stay.
