Welcome to Toon; A world famous for its golf course communities. Our Troon Estate features 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is 1 – King, 2 – Queens, 2 – Twins, and well as a queen size sleeper sofa. So you could sleep up to 10 people in this magnificent home. This home is just moments away from Troon North Clubhouse, golf course, Four Seasons Resort and all the great shopping at Desert Ridge Mall, and City North nightlife. It features a formal dinning room as well as a more casual option of the bedroom. There are three TVs in the house that can be found in the living room, master bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom. There is also a game room where you will find a top of the line pool table for some friendly fun. The back yard features a first class pool with water features that pore into it, as well as a million dollar view that looks out onto the iconic Pinnacle Peak. The home looks out onto Arizona open range so you will see native cactus and other distiguous plants and wildlife. The exterior is fully landscaped with a large patio area with great outdoor dinning table and chairs next to the pool. There is also a great BBQ for that perfect evening at home.
The gourmet kitchen is very large and fully-equipped with granite counters and ample cabinets for all your entertaining needs. This home also boasts Wi- Fi, a two car garage, and a wet bar.

The Monument was designed by the team of legendary golfer, Tom Weiskopf and architect, Jay Morrish, and stretches to 7,028 yards and a par 72. It presents a challenging layout for the pros, as well as an enjoyable experience for the average golfer. Both will enjoy the wide fairways that wind through lush desert vegetation, natural washes and towering saguaros.
