Enjoy the beauty of the Santa Rita Mountains and the warmth of the Arizona sun in the comfort of this newly furnished, freshly painted, completely tiled two-bed, two-bath town home with carport and lots of storage.  Located just a short walk from Desert Hills and Canoa Hills Social Centers (swimming, state of the art fitness center, dances, bridge, tennis, billiards, and many classes offered by Green Valley Recreation) this town home offers a bright and cheerful floor plan that includes a large kitchen and dining area, comfortable living room, master suite, guest bedroom and private patio. Green Valley is an active adult retirement community (one occupant must be 55) located 25 minutes south of Tucson.  There are 8 nearby golf courses, 13 community swimming poolsand spas, 17 tennis courts (9 lighted), 7 pickelball courts, and plenty of hiking trails.  Just bring your personal belongings, move in, and enjoy.

The living room is tastefully furnished with new leather matching sofa and loveseat, 32 inch LCD TV and stereo and has plenty of space for entertaining guests. The kitchen is modern and well appointed, including a new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and smooth top stove, new kitchen cabinets stocked with contemporary cookware and table service for 8. The master suite is roomy with a king bed, dresser, night stands and TV plus features a private bath and walk-in closet.  The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath. The laundry area is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and lots of shelf space, and there is a linen closet between the two baths, stocked with everything you’ll ever need for you and your guests. Enjoy cocktails on your private brick patio equipped with chaise lounge chairs, outdoor dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ for those evening cookouts.

Green Valley Recreation Membership includes: swimming pools and jacuzzis, tennis courts, pickelball courts, billiards, dancing, lapidary, woodworking, clay studio, ceramic studio, arts and crafts, shuffleboard, fitness centers, sports and social clubs, and much more.  Green Valley Recreation charges a nominal fee to transfer our membership to you during your stay.  Madera Canyon, famous for bird watching and hiking on the many Santa Rita Mountain trails, Pima Air Museum, Sonoran Desert Museum, Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory, 17th century San Xavier and Tumacácori Missions, Tubac art galleries, Titan II Missile Museum, casino gaming and much more are all within 25 minutes of Green Valley.

Monthly Rates (US Funds):

• May through September 2012:  $1,000
• October through December 2012:    $1,250
• January through April 2013:   $1,950
• 1 Year Lease:  $1000 per month
• Discounted Rates for Extended Stays During High Season (Jan. - Apr.):
• 4 months - $1800 per month (January through April)
• 3 months - $1900 per month (January through April)

Rates include all utilities as well as wireless high speed Internet and digital cable TV in master and living room.  (Summer rental rates do not include electricity)

$500 Security deposit and $100 exit cleaning fee required.

Green Valley Recreation passes available, with variable rates depending upon length of stay.
