This family community condo is less than one mile to Rehoboth Beach Ave. it is EXTREAMLY CLEAN and it sits on Rt 1 in the heart of the TANGER OUTLETS (140 shops) and DE is TAX FREE!, It is 1 mile from Rehoboth Beach Ave and then 1/2 mile to beach. PLEASE SEE MY CALENDAR FOR VACANCYS. (IN RED IS BOOKED)

CHECK IN 3pm Saturday and then CHECK OUT is 11am following Saturday. If you wish to purchase an additional night the price is $125.00 per night. (MUST RENT FOR ENTIRE WEEK BETWEEN MAY 1st and LABOR DAY)

There are tons of resturants, go-carts, water park, mini golf, golf courses and three major grocery stores are in walking distance and best of all, you can walk ONE block to the Rehoboth Beach Diner which is open 24 hours!

The ONLY thing you need to bring is BED SHEETS and TOWELS for bathing  and the beach, everything else is included. THIS CONDO HAS A POOL!!!!! Also, movie theaters are 1/2 mile away!

MOTHERS- this unit has "pack n play" and "high-chair" and "bed rail" and "booster Seat"

THIS IS A "SELF-SUFFICIENT" RENTAL WHICH MEANS THERE IS NO CLEANING SERVICE. AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, RENTERS ARE EXPECTED TO CLEAN THE UNIT COMPLETELY. $200 security deposit (for four people and $100.00 for each adult after) will be returned if unit is clean and well cared for during rental

Jan - April 2013 $595.00 per week or 149.00 per night. (3 night min) 

May 1st to May 21st 2013 - $1,195.00 per week or $159.00 (3 night min)

May 21 to end of May 2013 - $1,295.00 per week only (sat to sat)

June 2013 - $1,695.00 per week (rent weeks only sat to sat)

July 2013 - $1,695.00 per week (rent weeks only sat to sat)

Aug 2013 - $1,695.00 per week (rent weeks only sat to sat)

Sept 2013 - $1,395.00 per week  or $150.00 (3 night min)

Oct to Dec - 2013 $595.00 per week. or $99.00 (3 night min)

100% of balance and contact is due to reserve the condo. $200.00 security deposit (plus $100.00 per adult after three adults) is due 45 days prior to stay in a form of a check only.

 Security deposit will be promptly returned after VERIFICATION that property is clean upon vacating and in the same condition as when tenants arrived and when they key is returned to the owners. Cancellation policy: 15% cancellation fee 45 or more days before check-in. No refunds within 45 days of check-in unless owner is able to rent the unit to another party.

IF THE CONDO IS NOT CLEAN AND IN THE SAME CONDITION WHEN YOU LEAVE, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED
