families to share or for family reunions.  Beautiful,  brand new,   
luxury condo fully furnished and ready to go.

and a beautiful, heated, professionally maintained POOL!  
Spectacular private roof top deck with a view of the ocean, the  
rides,and the whole city!   Have it all!   Location, location, location - 
 situated between the two largest amusement piers, but still on a quiet  
one-way street next to St. Ann's church, just a half a block to the 
beach and boards. Two blocks from the North Wildwood border.  
 
This condo will be newly and fully furnished with absolutely 
everything that you need for a perfect vacation at  
the Jersey shore.   We are experienced rental owners. Our condos are 
fully rented for the entire season year after year. (You may also see

**4th bedroom - a second master suite on its own level.  A spiral 
staircase takes you up to the second level,  where you'll find a   
queen bed plus a full sized futon bed in a separate sleeping alcove - 
sleeps four total, 32" flat screen color cable TV with DVD,  access to  
the HUGE roof top deck with comfortable furniture and a beautiful 
ocean view.  
**Living room with a 52" big screen LCD HDTV, DVD/VCR, huge sectional 
sofa, two private sleeping alcoves with a  twin sized bed in each one, 
access to a big front deck with a table and chairs - two decks total 
with this condo! 
**Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and amenities - 
refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, built-in microwave, self-cleaning 
oven, toaster, blender, garbage disposal, dishes and glassware for 24, 
pots, pans, etc., etc. Everything!  
**Big custom made dining room table seats 10 comfortably, plus seating 
for two more at the breakfast table in the kitchen

*Separate laundry room with an extra large sized Whirlpool washer

*Plenty of pillows, comforters, mattress pads 
*Sheets are provided if you would rather use ours instead of your own. 
They must be washed, dried, folded, and neatly replaced before you

There's so much to do in and around Wildwood!  Atlantic City is only  
30 minutes away.  The world-famous two-mile boardwalk is literally  
steps from your front door.  The big, beautiful, free Wildwood  
beaches are second to none!  The Cape May County Zoo is the best in  
New Jersey.  It's free and it's only ten minutes away.  The town  
of Cape May is only ten minutes away.  Ride the Cape May-Lewes ferry  
to the outlet malls in Delaware - what a nice day!  Try a new golf  
course - there are many.  You won't believe the large selection of  
great restaurants - all within walking distance to our condo.

Vacation Rental Rates

We take 2009 reservations at any time.  It is not too soon to book  
your 2009 vacation in this unit.  This condo COMPLETELY rents out  
before the year even BEGINS!  A reservation now will hold the 2008  
rates for 2009. 
 
Rates are as follows:  
 
10/3/08 - 5/1/09     2 night weekends - $ 495.00; $895-$995/week 
 
Weekend Specials!  October 2008 through April 2009 - two nights plus  
a late check out on Sunday, just $495.00.  Groups of  children are welcome 
with parent chaperone - Girl Scouts, sports groups, etc.  Arrive 
Friday at noon, leave Sunday night at 4 p.m.  A nice long weekend! 
 
Early MAY Weekends - $595.00 - 2 nights - arrive early on Friday,  
leave late on Sunday!  Remember Mom on Mother's Day!  What a nice  
surprise.  Mom will love it.  The pool will be warm and open  
beginning May 16th (weather permitting)!  Get a jump on your summer 
tan.  HURRY! 
 
Memorial Day Weekend - 3 nights - $1,495.00 or 4 nights - $1,595.00 
Or, stay the whole week!  Monday to Monday - just $1,795.00.  Lots of

occupancy not to exceed 8 adults, or up to fourteen, including all

One quiet, well-behaved dog will be considered for an additional 
charge of $25 per day or $150 per week for professional cleaning.
