A spiral staircase takes you up to the second level, where you'll find a separate private bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, and large closet.   Set off to the side in a semi private alcove area is the den, with aa twin-over-full bunk.  There is an additional twin up here too to sleep up to four total in this space.   There is a large 36" TV that is a great place to hook up video games.  Sleep up to six total in this extra large second level area!  An entire family can be comfortable up here.

great restaurants - all within walking distance to our condo.

We rent to families or mature adults (everyone in the group must be

**Total occupancy not to exceed 10 adults, or up to 14 in all, including
all small children and infants.

**One small, quiet, well-behaved non-shedding dog may be considered - $200 per week pet fee.  Email with information about your pet to inquire. 

**Rates quoted are for "normal" family occupancy - related persons, parents, children, etc.  Please inquire for any other group variation.  Groups of children are permitted, but there must be sufficient parental supervision at all times while in the building.
