Vacation Rental Description

The Tropical Delight is a gorgeous property located about 10 minutes 
from downtown Naples. It is very centrally located and also close the 
the Naples beaches. 
 
The house is very well equipped and quality furnished. It offers 4 
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.  
 
The pool area has a covered lanai with a dining area for 6 people. 
There is an additional sitting area which offers a view over the 
gorgeous pool with its natural stone waterfalls. An attached jacuzzi 
invites to relax.  
 
The pool is set in a lush landscaping of a beautiful garden. The 
outside offers a lot of privacy. 
 
Of course we have a gas BBQ grill in the outside area.  
 
The Tropical Delight house offers a family room plus a separate living 
area with a piano and a formal dining. 
 
The bed sizes are 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles, 2 twins. 
 
This house definitely is an excellent place for you and your family.

Vacation Rental Rates

The Villa is available for weekly or monthly periods throughout the  
year.  Rates are as follow: 
 
December 15 - April 30:     US $1640 per week, US $6000 per month 
May 1       - December 14:  US $1440 per week, US $5000 per month 
                     
Subject to final cleaning fee of US $150 
The costs for heating the pool are US $140 per week. 
 
Please always add 10 % tax. 
 
We ask for a damage security deposit. 
 
The rent is for up to 8 people.  
 
We ask for plus US $100 per week for Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving 
week and Easter week.
