vacation rental description
The house is a deck house built in 1972 with electric heat and lots of windows. The second level (split entry) is the main living level of the house and features an open floor plan which includes the living room, dining room, large kitchen, and study. Off the dining room and living room are sliding glass doors to a wrap around deck for morning and evening enjoyment. Two bedrooms are located on this floor with one of the two full baths. The downstairs has the remaining bedrooms, full bath, and a family/playroom that has a slider to the pond side of the property.
The house is situated on a west facing slope with a short walk to the water front area. The acreage was landscaped into a golf course that while not fully maintained as such can still be an enjoyed for working on your short game (remember the house has lots of glass and keep balls out of the woods as neighbors also appreciate their privacy).
The water front is large and private with boat dock, swim float, fire pit, hammock, beach chairs and boat house that can be used as a private bunk house (has electricity for true roughing it). There a boats for use, sail boat, canoe, kayaks, life jackets. The pond water is very clean, deep, and spring fed.
