Exclusive 2-Bedrm Condo near Rudee Inlet & Bridge in Virginia Beach

We are located in a two-story brick building on the ground floor at the south end of the beach, just two blocks from the ocean and a distance of less than 10 minutes walk. To the left of the condo and across Winston-Salem street you can see Rudee Inlet and the Virginia Beach Fishing marina. A great place to go deep sea fishing; whale watching; rent jet skies; para-sailing; or just enjoying the sightseeing as well as excellent cousine offered in the fine-dinning resturants available. If you prefer leasure, then take in the atmophere of the waterfront and hang out in "Sams" diner which is across the street. Our address is: 401 Artic Ave, Apt 101, Va Beach, Virginia 23451.

All amenities are included. Central A/C; cable TV; on sight laundryfacilities; full kitchen and free local telephone service. In order to keep the cost down, you only need to tidy up and leave the premises in a clean and acceptable manner. Please look over the inventory sheet upon your arrival to ensure everything is in working order and intact. You are  allocated one (1) reserved  parking space which bears  the same number as the  apartment (401/101). The  parking space is the second space on the right side of the parking lot as you enter the lot closes to the bldg. Parking is rigidly enforced. Linens, blankets, pillow cases and towels are not provded and must be brought by the tenant.

We have one of the best, if not the best "Beach" on the East Coast, with a great broadwalk facing the ocean; providing cycling; roller-blading or strolling. There are many attractions, enjoy "Deep Sea Fishing"; Fishing from the pier; swimming; surfing; jet skies rentals;
para-sailing; or just plain sun-bathing and laying around. If on the other you enjoy fine arts, then you might like to visit the Exposition Center. Perhaps you might like to visit the VirginiaBeach Marine & Science Museium or even downtown Norfolk or even Bush Gardens at Williamsburg.

$595.00 to $600.00 U.S. Dollars per week. Rates are on a weekly basis from check in time 2PM Saturday till 12PM check out time the followingSaturday. A security deposit of $250 USD is required to confirm your reservation, in the form of a Money Order, Certified Check or a Cashier's check is received, which is returned, provided there is no damage and the premises are left in a clean and tidy fashion. If you wish to inquire about available dates, you may do so by telephoning me. A deposit must be received before a confirmation and a booking is made. Once the security deposit is received you will be called to confirm the reservation and thereafter the rent ($595) USD  must be received three (3) weeks prior occupancy (also in the form of a money order, certified check or cashier's check to) , the keys, lease letter and inventory will be mailed.
