We will have a list of locations for various restaurants, shops, and attractions   that are in the area.

June 15th - September 21st ............. $2,200 per week

September 21st - December 7th ...... $1,600 per week

• Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check (Need 7 days to clear)
• Deposits:  $1,000 to reserve rental. Will be refunded after detailed inspection is completed. 
• Payment:  Full payment due 10 days prior to rental date. 
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Week(s) must be re-rented before any refund/cancellation honored.
• Weekly rental Check In: Saturday 2:00 p.m.
• Check Out: Following Saturday     11:00 a.m.

• Other Fees: 
  • Cleaning Service: $125.00 cleaning fee.   
  • BOAT/ Jet Ski: Proof of boaters insurance is required in order to use the dock.
  • BOAT Lift:     $200.00 per week (10,000 pound boat max)
  • Jet Ski Lift:   $55.00 per week.
