Wrap around porches for shade and cool breezes, This home offers,  leather furniture, cable & dvd players, in living room & master bdrm, with internet, Ceiling fans throughout, Central air conditioning. 4 bdrms and 2 baths. 2 bdrms have queen beds 1 bdrm has bunkbeds, 1 bdrm with twins and new full size bed. A wall of  large picture windows in livingroom looking out to sea & custom bamboo glass shutters with stained glass arched windows throughout, House is gated private estate. This house is one of a handful of rentals on the island that is truly right on the beach. Swing on the hammocks or set your beach chairs in the shallow clear blue waters edge & have a picnic on the grass under the palms. A dream vacation for all ages!

We are 2 families with 4 children ages 6 to 12 that go to different beach front homes every year. We have seen many islands through the years and stayed at other wonderful houses. This one exceeds them all. Spent 9 days here. The island has more activities than any other for all ages. We zip lined, went on a fabulous catermeran tour to Culebra, Deep sea fishing, Jet skiing, Atv Tour, Roasted Pork in Guavate (in the middle of Carite Rain forest) Hiked El Junke Rain Forest and ate at family owed restaurants along the southern coast. Coming back to this home and location was the highlight. House is clean and impeccably taken care of. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Back yard is like what you see on a post card. There is a Cabana with BBQ and bar that lights up the ocean front at night. Our remaining days when not exploring were spent here. Kids played in the water. very small waves and crystal clear. Got sun, lazed in the hammocks' under the canopy of Palms and snorkeled right in the back yard. This is the first time we are actually thinking of returning to the same location. Everyday was new and exciting. The weather was amazing the sea in the back yard was warm and inviting. The beaches were private an untouched unlike any other we have been too. The management was with such a personal touch. I can not say enough about the attention Irene gave us in helping us to get to our excursions easily. Sherry the owner made the booking process a breeze. Well we loved every bit of our stay. Like so many other all we can say is if you are reading this you should look no further. This little spot can not be beat. Price wise there were 9 of us staying in a 5 star...4 bedroom custom beachfront Caribbean home at rates that enabled us to do all our activities that just accommodations usually cost. You will find yourself home in paradise. There is no doubt why Sherry has the number one rental on the island. For us it is the number 1 rental in the Caribbean. We highly recommend this unique top quality vacation getaway.

It helps those out there like you trying to find a quality home for their special vacation time. Many come to my home to get away and relax from the hustle bustle of life. They love it there too. Staying in the yard all week I personally find very tranquil when I am there as well. But I find that action packed guests like you who go out and explore the island have the best time. Family Reunion of 17 in a Perfect Paradise

We are a family of 9 adults and 8 children ages 12 thru 19. We gathered together from every part of the United States for the holidays. We really wanted to stay somewhere that gave us time to reconnect. A space we could call our own and not have to share with others. We started with looking for rentals that could fit all of us. A tall order for our wish list. We decided to rent both Casa Caribe Del Mar and Casa Caribe Del Sol. What a great decision we made as these two properties were a perfect fit. The adults stayed in Del Mar and we put all the kids in Del Sol. They loved having there own place and we had the security of having them next door. They played there music, watched what they wanted on TV and swam in the pool while we had the peace and quiet to ourselves in Del Mar when ever we wanted a break from all there excitement and energy.

Both of these homes are superbly appointed, colorful, not s speck of dust, the linens were crisp and fresh on every bed. I could tell how well cared for these homes are. MOST important is they both were spacious with enough room for us all. The houses had all the amenities we needed and more than expected. Franchesca brought fresh fish twice enough for us all. NOW location. The beach was ours!!!! What beautiful scenery with Coconut Palms lined up and down as far as you could see. I walked every morning, The locals in this residential community waved as I walked along. It had sea shells and coral. Literally untouched by regular tourist beach standards and star fish coral reefs, and shallow for swimming and that we did all day. The water pristine clear a magnificent view. The only negative is the sea is really for shallow swimming. There are many small coral spots to see the sea life but I think the big reef is to far out to explore and also a bit rough where the waves break. As it is private area there is no lifeguard. Sherry takes her time in the rental process and made it a breeze. She is very professional and her staff takes a personal interest in making sure we were comfortable. We did some tours that were fun but nothing was better than being at the houses enjoying our private paradise. All in all It was an amazing vacation for us with something of interest for everyone and we look forward to returning next year!

Beautiful!

Casa Caribe Del Mar is a beautiful, well maintained property. It is wonderful to sit in the hammocks and watch the world go by while you relax, and if you don't want to do that, there are many activities within an hour of the home. We went up "Pork Road" and sampled the world class roasted pork, hiked in the rain forest, went sailing and snorkeling on a catamaran, toured Old San Juan, and some of the group even kayaked to the biolumenscent bay during the week we were there. It was a little windy while we were there and while we weren't able to do a lot of snorkeling in back of the house, but the moonlight walks on the beach were awesome! We found a little park and beach out of the wind within 10 minutes of the house and were able to do a lot of swimming/snorkeling/shell gathering there. The property manager, Irene, was so great to help us with anything we wanted or needed to know...she even got some fresh red snapper for us!
