This luxurious, privately owned vacation home in the Legacy Park is not only large, with 3,500 square feet of living space but also wonderfully arranged, with three master bedroom suites that provide you with two fantastic king-size beds and one queen-size bed. The 4th bedroom features a queen-size bed. Each of the remaining 3 bedrooms is furnished with two twin beds. These bedrooms have an adjacent or nearby family bathroom to share. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor (1 master king bedroom, one twin bedroom), the other 5 bedrooms are upstairs. All mattresses and beddings are brand new with high quality to ensure your comfort at night after a long day in the Parks.

Inside, this spacious, fully air-conditioned villa was custom decorated and furnished to a high standard to meet all of your holiday requirements. We provide free wi-fi high speed Internet access, free US domestic & Canada long-distance phone calls, and cable TVs in every bedroom. The kitchen is generously equipped for eating inside or outside. Fully functional laundry machine, dryer, and dishwasher are available for use. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. Extra linen, blankets, and towels are available in the hallway closet. Swimming in the sparkling pool or joining the kids in the game room is another way to relax besides visiting the Disney parks. The private pool is heated on demand and has underwater light. There is a child safety fence in the pool area, too.

Professional house cleaning services are hired to completely clean the villa before every new visitor begins their stay. There is a professional management onsite available to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if there are any problems or concerns during your stay.

With only 7 miles distance to Disney main gate and 3-5 minutes to shopping malls, our villa located around the US 27/US 192 junction is perfectly suitable for visiting all area attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Wet 'n Wild water park; a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity for great shopping adventures; many dinner theaters, as well as all types of restaurants for your dining pleasure.

Close to Super Walmart and Super Target, local restaurants include: Red Lobster, Outback, Carrabbas, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Chili's, Apple B's, TGIFridays, Pizza Hut, Dunkin Doughnuts, Golden Corral, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Chick Filet, and many others; shopping; live entertainment; flea markets; hot air balloon rides; helicopter rides; and so much more!

Despite its proximity to Disney, it is a quiet rural setting. There is a nature reserve about 5 miles away. The unique area has rolling hills and scenic landscapes where visitors can swim, hike, bird-watch, picnic, fish, canoe or take part in the nature study events offered.

A huge range of golf courses are within an easy drive to suite all abilities and pockets, including the world famous Champion Gate courses designed by Greg Norman. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.
