Great Lower Level Rental Unit directly across from the Lake, with Lake access.  Available weekly for the summer season.   Be the first to experience our special location and lake front ambiance!  When you rent with us you will have a great view of Keuka Lake all day, which is directly across the street.  Walk through the front door into the spacious glassed in patio room, which leads through sliding doors and into a large living area and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and counter top dining and several ceiling fans in each room. 

This rental has three bedrooms and one bathroom and laundry room.  The unit sleeps five in bedrooms with two queen size beds and one double bed and ceiling fans in every bedroom.  There is a front outside patio area with a picnic table and chairs that faces the Lake with another patio area on the south side of the house that overlooks a bubbling creek that ripples down to Keuka Lake. 

Our lake front access is situated diagonally across the street and provides a dock for swimmers.  The Lake drops off gradually for the kids.  Jakes Boat Livery, a marina with a small convenience store and bait shop, is directly across the street to provide an immediate site for docking your boat (for a small fee), or you can dock it at the public landing in Hammondsport. 

This rental is centrally located on Keuka Lake and is close to three lakefront restaurants, one is only a short walk down the lake shore.  Pets are allowed only with prior pre-approval.

Property is located at 12795 West Lake Rd., Hammondsport-seven miles north of Hammondsport.

Extras Include: Glassed Patio Room with Lakeview, Two large Patios, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, TV, DVD, BBQ-Propane, & dock (see photos)  There is also room to locate your boat and trailer on the pad in front of the rental unit.
