This new resort has elevators, a lighted boardwalk the full mile of waterfront and an elegant 5000 square foot clubhouse.

This two bedroom, two bath, 1200 square foot condominium has everything to make your weekend getaway or family vacation memorable. The large patio has an outstanding view of the lake from both inside and out. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are open and spacious. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twins (can be pushed together to make full), a large closet, and a full bath. Full Size Sofa Sleeper sleeps 2. No pets allowed- no exceptions made.

car.

March-April: $125 per night. Stay two nights, get one night free.

March- May 23rd: $125 per night; 2 night minimum

SPECIAL: Book your summer stay before May 1st and get 2012 rate of $175 per night!

May 24th- September 3rd: $185 per night; 2 night minimum with the exception of holidays (see below)

Holiday Weekends- Memorial Day/4th of July/Labor Day Weekend- $185 per night; 3 night minimum stay.

September - October : $150 per night; 2  night minimum

One time cleaning fee of $75.00; $125 for stays longer than four days.

Sales tax of 10.475% included in nighly rental rate
