Separate guest room has twin beds, private bath with tub and shower. Washer and dryer is off the second bedroon suite with beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for your beach excursions. Relax on the screened lania overlooking the manicured shores of our lake with its covered fishing pier at the far end. Condo also includes a fully equiped kitchen with a breakfast nook area, and a counter bar overlooking the dining room. 24-hour guard gated community includes a community club house, 3 swimming pools (1 lap pool), tennis courts, and citrus grove.
