Private, Atlantic Ocean Beachfront House in Harbor Island

Harbor Island is a private, gated community that is a nature lovers
paradise. Even in the height of the season it is never crowded.
May and June, September and October are glorious on the island.
Beautiful, open, airy, fully air-conditioned beach house just steps
from the Atlantic Ocean and a gorgeous white sandy beach. A private
boardwalk takes you over the dunes. You can view the ocean from
every room in the house except the den.
The house has an elevator that goes from the parking level to the
first floor; great for bringing babies, luggage, groceries up to the
main floor; also great for people who have difficulty with stairs.
The house has 1 large bedroom with a king-sized bed and large walk-
in closet. There is a second bedroom  with a queen-sized bed. The living room and kitchen are both large, open areas.
A beautiful oak spiral staircase takes you up to the loft which has
a magnificent view. There is a futon up there which opens to a full-
sized double bed.
The kitchen is stocked with all modern conveniences including a
dishwasher, microwave oven and a large array of pots, pans,
cassarole dishes, utensils and dinnerware.
There is a dining room for eating in. (It has 4 chairs even though
the picture shows only 3 chairs) There is also an all-season
room for eating al fresco without the annoyances of eating outside.
A gas barbecue is on the deck adjacent to it.
The main bathroom has a tub with a jacuzzi and steamer in it.
A community pool with a baby pool and air-conditioned workout rooms
is available to all renters and is just steps away from the house.
Chairs and loungers are provided at the pool.
The island has many interesting species of plants and animals. It
is a nature lovers paradise. Spring and Fall are gorgeous here.
Harbor Island is centrally located between Savannah, GA (about 1 hr.
15 min.)and Charleston, SC (about 1 hr. 45 min). Hilton Head
Island is about 1 hr. There are many excellent restaurants in the
area and several excellent supermarkets.
There are 4 public golf courses in the area.

$1550.00 - $1950.00 per week depending on the season.  There is also a $50 gate fee per car per week.

$275.00 - $375.00 per night (minimum 4 nights)

Only full weeks (no partial weeks) will be accepted from April 30
through July 28, 2012
