Recently renovated, two-bedroom, beach-front town home located next to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, with 18-hole championship golf course across the street. This two-bedroom, two-bath home is part of the Sandpiper Condominium Complex. It has a private driveway that permits you to drive right up to the front door. The front stairway takes you to a first floor that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. Just off of the living room there is an ocean-front patio. A second stairway leads to the second floor, which has two bedrooms and two baths. The ocean-side master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bath and a magnificent deck that provides a breathtaking view of the ocean. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom next door. Both bedrooms are carpeted.
