This home also features a laundry area complete with a full capacity washer & dryer. The home has central air and ceiling fans. Beach Parking Permit provided. Ocean Pines provides five pools one of which is on 49thSt in Ocean City. Pool passes can be obtained. The home comfortably sleeps 6.
