Property is level with road and Lake (unlike some other properties, Whitby Cottage does not require climbing skills to enter/exit or reach the water), and includes 85 feet of lake frontage! Only 4 steps from house to Lake!. Shallows in shoreline great for swimming with gradual depth into Lake from small shale beach and stone breakwall. Situation on lake desirable for sailing/boating, and watching sailboat races from nearby Keuka Yacht Club.

Neat and clean rooms - this is a non-smoking, absolutely no-pets property; linens (bedsheets, bath towels) not included ($50- $100 extra per week, or you may bring your own); fridge, extra large grill, dishwasher, stove, microwave and grill; coffeemaker; LCD television w/ cable and DVD player, high-speed wireless internet, and cordless telephone; all utensils and flatware included. We cater to families and those requiring easy access, with offstreet parking and easy lake access. 2013 reservations will be taken beginning Feb 1, 2013, but you may inquire at any time. Rental rates start at $950/week ($500/wkend) in Spring/Fall (April-May; Mid-Sept/Oct). June/Sept rates scaled, please contact owner for details. $2,100/wk for Summer (July/Aug). Summer weekly rentals are from Sat.-Sat - FIRM. Partial weeks often available in Spring/Fall, and negotiable - please call to confirm! $250 ($500 for week) refundable deposit payable upfront to secure preferred and available week/end. Reasonable cleaning fee included in rate with NO agency or other fees - you WILL save 20% over equivalent agency listings!! Linens (bedsheets and bath towels) extra, or bring your own.
