Sandys Great Escape in Summerland Key

You get a cozy cottage feel as you enter "Sandys' Escape". There is cedar completely covering the vaulted ceiling and it matches the full cedar chair rail that runs around the dining room and living room area. Warm earth tone furnishings and Tommy Bahama style furniture makes you feel at ease right away. The kitchen is extra large with a beautiful breakfast bar. A matching dining set completes the room.  Both bedrooms are amply furnished for all your vacation needs. The screened balcony runs the entire length of the house for cool breezes and great views of the blu-green water below.

Cablevision for three TV's, internet to keep in touch with the rest of the world,  king bed in masterbedroom, double and twin in second bedroom, sofabed in living room.  kitchen loaded, all linens, towels included, washer & dryer, two sets of outdoor furniture on the large balcony, DOWNSTAIRS you have full size freezer for your bait, chum or catch of the day. Bar-B-Q Grill, 2 kayaks, hammock for napping, rods and reels, kids sand toys, oversized picnic table & fish cleaning table. Also full seawall with 7K lb davits for boat.  There are three carports to drive under and plenty of parking for friends. When you bring your boat it's always a problem finding a place for the trailer. Not here. There's a place right along side the house designated for your trailer.

Key West is only 35 minutes away for great food and entertainment.
Duval steet provides a day of shopping for unique gifts and art
museums are everywhere. Don't miss the nightly free sunset
celebration at Mallory Square, food, circus acts and vendors.
Ten minutes from the house, Big Pine Key has snorkling and dive
trips, glass bottom boats and all types of charter fishing. Stop at
the Key Deer National Wildlife refuge, it's the only place you will
see a rare Key deer.  Various restaurants and sports bars are within
10 minutes of house.  Google "Bahia Honda State Park" and see the beauty of this beach which is worth a day trip to snorkle and picnic with the family.

Mini season, fantasy fest, holidays and regular lobster season rates are
slightly higher. Look at my calendar, I try to update it weekly.
A refundable security deposit (minus $150 cleaning fee and
utilities) will reserve your dates.  

Balance due and deposits go non-
refundable 60 days prior to rental date.
Pro-rated refund upon evacuation for a hurricane.
