Vacation Rental Description

The luxury beach home sits atop a bluff in Half Moon Bay California, only 25 minutes south of San  
Francisco.  The home was completed in 2002 and is roughly 2700 square feet, spread out of three  
bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms.  The home has a very modern feel yet feels inviting and comfortable.  The  
main living space is on the second the floor and one complete side of the home is glass as well as  
sliding doors which open completely.  The master suite is on the second floor along with the office and  
living room with marble fireplace.  On the first floor there is a bedroom with two double beds and  
another bedroom with a day bed and trundle bed inside of that.  The second bedroom downstairs is glass  
on both sides of the room and has its own gas fireplace encased in black and gold marble.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The luxury home comes with many of the amenities that one would expect in their luxury home.  The  
house is wired for broadband internet and includes wireless internet on the property.  The home has a  
laundry room with large washer and dryer as well as room to fold and hang clothes.  There are two  
fireplaces in the home, both are surrounded in marble and one is gas while the other is a wood  
burning insert fireplace.  The home has digital cable as well as movie channels and there are  
televisions in every bedroom.  The master suite consists of a very large walk in closet, office with  
fax machine and WiFi printing capabilities, balcony, and large master bathroom with stand up tiled  
shower and a very large jetted bath tub.  The kitchen is completely covered in green granite and  
stainless steel appliances, including a Decor convection oven.  The home is wired for an alarm system  
controlled by a remote control and is actively in use.  A maid comes every other day and cleans every  
room as well as changes the beds and replaces all towels.

Activities and Attractions

The San Francisco bay area is full of activities to keep anyone of any interests entertained.  Half  
Moon Bay in particular is only 25 minutes from San Francisco, 25 minutes from San Francisco  
International Airport, 50 minutes to San Jose, 50 minutes from Santa Cruz and only 1 hour from wine  
country.  In Half Moon Bay there are lots of local shops and restaurants to choose from as well as the  
Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay which has 2 champion golf courses.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rental is based on number of nights stayed, there is a two night minimum and rates start at $600  
per night.  For two nights the rate is $1,200, for three nights the rate is $560 per night, for four  
nights the rate is $540 per night, for five nights the rate is $520 per night, and for six nights the  
rate is $510 per night.  A week in the beach house is $3,500 and that makes the nightly rate $500 per  
night.  A $500 deposit is required to secure all reservations and will be applied to the rental costs.   
For any rental of less than a week there is a fully refundable $500 security deposit and for any  
rentals of a week or more the security deposit is $1,000.  The deposit is refunded as soon the home is  
looked over and decidedly in the same condition is was in on arrival.
