As guests of Heron Walk, you have access to the beach, 2
neighborhood pools, The Village @ Baytowne Wharf, championship golf
on any of 3 resort courses, water taxi, full
service spa, diverse boutique and outlet shopping and more
restaurants than you can take in during your stay. No need to worry
about renting bikes or beach set ups, we provide those to you free
of charge. Need to stay in touch? We provide free Hi-Speed WIRELESS
Internet access for your convenience. Heron Walk is No Smoking,
minimum rental age is 25 and we are Pet Friendly with prior
approval.
Heron Walk offers all new furnishings, bay views from the master
bedroom & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, flat
screen cable TV with VCR & DVD in living room, TVs in both bedrooms,
FREE HI-SPEED INTERNET, plantation blinds & ceiling fans throughout.
1 King, 2 twins, maximum occupancy is
2 adults per bedroom.

A ** Refundable ** $300.00 Security Deposit in addition to the above
rates. There is a $100 cleaning fee for all pets. If our property manager finds a pet staying at the
condo without permission, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rental fee.
