River Bend Lake House in New Braunfels

Located outside city limits, this rental is not subject to the "Ban the Can" and other city 
                      ordinances.  So you can drink from cans without the worry!        
Riverbend Lakehouse is located on Lake Dunlap where the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers merge together to form 7 miles of open water just East of New Braunfels. This rental is for the wake boarder, water skier and fish lover.  What ever your favorite water sport, there is something for everyone here.  Lake Dunlap is a well kept secret where the Guadalupe River opens up for boating activities. This rental is located 7 miles from downtown, the Comal, historic Gruene, and  Schlitterbahn. Or you can drive up River Road to float the upper Guadalupe. Afterward, escape the crowded camp grounds of River Road and the congestion of downtown to relax in the peaceful privacy of your own back yard. And your ice chest can be any size and you can drink from disposable cans!

River Bend Lake House has two levels. an upstairs that is separate from the downstairs. Renters have exclusive use of the the downstairs only and yard. Rental consists of two large rooms.  Rooms are open "efficiency style" with kitchen and two full bathrooms.   Rooms have their own separate front and back doors and both back doors face the river. Rooms are not connected with an interior door. There are enough beds to accomodate up to 10 people comfortably.

*If you plan to float the Comal, ice chests must be no larger than 16 qts.
There is a HEB and Super Walmart at the intersection of Walnut and IH-35.

There is a public boat ramp underneath IH-35 where you can launch your boat or water craft. As you cruise down river, it becomes wider as you go.  The lake house is located at one of the widest sections of the river and is easily visible from the water.  Swim and ski during the day, fish at night.  There is a small outdoor fire-pit with wood available and a large bar-b-que pit and gas grill for outdoor cooking.  During the day, stay and swim at the house or drive into town to float the Comal or Guadalupe. Spend a day at Schlitterbahn, Sea World or Fiesta Texas. The options are endless. Dont forget to visit historic Gruene Hall, listen to live music and stroll through Gruene's unique shops. They don't call New Braunfels the vacation capital of Texas for a lack of things to do!

*3 Day Holiday Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) $400/night + tax and cleaning fee (3 night minimum).
*Weekdays $250/night + tax and cleaning fee (3 night minimum)
*Holiday weekends include Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend and Labor Day weekends


Weekly Rates:
6 nights= 300+300+250+250+250+250+160(10% tax)+100(cf) = $1860
5 nights= 300+300+250+250+250+135 (10% tax) +100(cf)= $1585
4 nights= 300+300+250+250+110 (10% tax) +100(cf)= $1310
3 nights= 300+300+250+85 (10% tax) +100(cf)= $1035
2 nights= 300+300+60 (10% tax) +100(cf)= $760

Below is an example for calculating stays that include 3 day holiday rates:
3 nights=400+400+400+120 (10% tax)+100(cf)=$1420

Reservation Deposit ½ of rent @ time of reservation
