The Boulder Abode is a newly built, duplex featuring 3 Bedrooms and 2½ Baths. This home also offers a stylish, fully equipped eat-in Kitchen with sleek, upgraded appliances, Living Room with high speed internet access and cable TV as well as a lower level Family Room with large screen TV, cable and DVD/VHS player and lots of seating for movie viewing.

The main level consists of the Living Room with adjoining Half Bath. The living room has a single sleeper love seat; Master Bedroom with Queen bed and adjoining Full Bath; Laundry area and Kitchen that opens to the back of the property which is fenced with a deck, gas grill and patio table with chairs.

A wide staircase descends to the lower level into a large, Family Room with Queen size sofa sleeper. Adjacent is a second Bedroom designed for children; it contains a Futon that opens to a full bed, crib and small play area. Down the hall is a Full Bath and third Bedroom with King bed.

This home is comfortable luxury that is affordable for your stay in beautiful, Cody, Wyoming.

Housekeeping- $25 hr.
Grocery shopping service- cost of groceries plus 25%.
Gift basket/ fresh flower delivery- cost plus
$15 delivery charge.

Reservations:

3 night minimum stay.
50% Deposit at time of reservation.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover accepted.

4% sales & 4% lodging tax added to bill plus $350 refundable damage deposit and $150 professional cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Prior to 30 days of arrival will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the entire booking; 30 days or less, no refund.
