Privileged location, the house is just a couple kms east of Chicxulub
in a private area. A 15-20 minute walk to the town's services yet far
enough to ensure a private quiet vacation in the beach.
Very spacious areas and bedrooms. The house has three master bedrooms:
all of them have a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and AC. Three of
the bedrooms are upstairs, the fourth is handicap accesible as it is
ground floor.
A large covered terrace runs to the beachfront of the house and around
the pool. Sliding glass windows open to dinning and living room,
allowing the breeze to cool off the entire house. Satellite TV (with
english spoken channels) is installed in Living room.
The caretaker lives in the premises. He takes care of pool maintenance
and will be in the best disposition to help you out with anything you
need.
Excelent for a time away from the City. With great view of the ocean,
sunsets and sunrise.
Chicxulub is a small and very quiet fisherman village located 5 miles
(8 km) from Progreso, Yucatan. Chicxulub is highly recommended
for people who love the sounds of the sea, lovely walks during sunset,
and the benefits of a total relaxation.
