The 300-square foot modern unit is centrally located in a quiet North Berkeley oasis cul-de-sac, ½ block away from Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART).

The brand new kitchen houses new appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, and stove. The unit has new hardwood floors, new cookware, dinnerware, designer linens, and towels.  The full sized bed accommodates comfortably 2 people.  The bedroom overlooks a lush garden. The modernist bathroom includes beautiful recycled glass tiles and LED lighting. There is high-speed wireless Internet access.

During your stay you can enjoy the walking distance proximity to the famous Monterey Market, Café Fanny, Fellini and University Avenue shops.  A 5 min drive will take you to Berkeley’s 4th street shopping district, a 7 min drive will take you to Berkeley Marina.  If you want to explore San Francisco, a 28 min BART ride will get you to Powell station. It is also short driving distance to Tilden Park, and UC Berkeley Campus. Bike and nature lovers can enjoy the Ohlone green path that passes near the house.

This is a great location where you can get away from the noise, but still walk to attractions.

Brand new kitchen includes gas cooktop, microwave, and small fridge, as well as full place settings, pots, pans, cooking utensils and coffee press.

The sunny bedroom has a full sized bed; large wardrobe and 300 thread count sheets.

Living room includes comfortable suede love seat settee, Turkish kilim, and white glass dining room table with 2 chairs.

Bathroom has linens and shower with glass tiles.  Shared outdoor area has deck table and chairs.

The unit provides high-speed wireless internet, and utilities included are: water, gas, electricity, recycling, composting, and garbage.

This quiet unit has no television.

Unit is 1/2 block from many public transit options (BART, Bus, Taxis).  No parking is available on premises, and street parking is limited to 2 hours.  Nearby car rental agencies: CityCarShare and ZipCar (at North Berkeley BART), Enterprise (at Virginia and San Pablo).

No smoking is allowed in the unit as well as on the premises.
