Madeira Beach Yacht Club Waterview in Madeira Beach

This is a two bedroom townhouse located on the second and third
floors with a refreshing view of the intracoastal water. This is
not a direct waterfront condo, but the waterview is quite decent
from the spare bedroom, dining room, and especially the balcony.
Our balcony has a patio table with seating for four.

Inside on the main level is the living room, kitchen, dining room,
and a half bath. The living room has been updated with a mint green
leather sofa and loveseat and new glass end tables. The kitchen has
an updated stainless steel refrigerator and range. Also new oak cabinets with
granite countertops update the kitchen. The dining room has a
small hutch for the dishes and a table with seating for four. And
the entire main level has a tile floor.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bath with a
shower/tub combination. A full-size washer and dryer is located in
the bathroom. The spare bedroom has a full-size bed, dressers, and
that pretty waterview! The master bedroom is huge!! It has a queen-
size bed, TV, phone, dressers, and a walk-in closet. The entire
wall behind the bed is a tropical mural with fluted Corinthian
columns, a palm-tree-lined beach, and azure blue water. Also, the
upstairs has new carpet.

The Madeira Beach Recreation Center is located directly across from
this complex. For those of you familiar with this area, our unit is
directly across from the last ballfield at the end of Rex Place.
Also, the unit is located close to the small pool.

And for those of you coming in the summer or early fall, if it's any
comfort to know, we have just installed new hurricane impact
windows. These windows are rated for 130+ mile per hour winds.

Two swimming pools (heated in winter), billiard room, weight and
exercise room, hot tub, sauna, gated community, lovely grounds for
strolling--sidewalk all along the intracoastal side, fishing dock.

Also, within walking distance is a library, dollar store, Winn-
Dixie, Eckerd, book store, laundermat, ice cream store, several
restaurants, clothing stores, antique store, and post office.

There is a recreation center across the street wtih ball fields,
tennis courts, basketball court, and kids' playground. Also, nearby
is miniature golf. Five minutes south on Gulf Boulevard will take
you to John's Pass Village which has many restaurants and shops and
boat tours of all kinds. Don't want to walk or drive your car?
Take the trolley bus! And Disney is about 90 minutes away, and
Busch Gardens is about 50 minutes away. Tampa International is 45
minutes away, and St Petersburg Airport is about 30 minutes away.

Prices include cleaning fee.  However, you need to add 12% sales tax.  A $200
security deposit is required prior to rentals.  All payments must be
in US dollars. Full payment is due one month prior to arrival.

No smoking allowed in unit.    No pets allowed.
