These two weeks are usally booked early and are during the prime tourist season in Maine! Come see Maine during the foliage season in September! Our off season rates apply in September only.

Coming to Maine for the Common Ground Fair? Our lodge is perfect! We are 30 minutes from the fairgrounds and offer a discounted rate for vendors participating in the fair. You can spend the week or just the fair weekend. Also we are in a great location for families visiting students at Unity College or Maine Maritime Academy. We also have a discounted rates for members of the Military service, polce force, firefighters, and teachers. New this season! Guided canoe excursions with registered Maine Guide Adam Stone. Adam is also the director of Camp Forrest, a local outdoor skills and learning camp for children.

Pet deposit may be required. No charge for additional persons. 50% down holds your dates! Off season rate is 600 per week for September, March and April. Not available October-February.

Attention parents of local college students! We are only 30 miles from Unity College, and Maine Maritime Academy. This is a great rental if you are coming to visit students or checking out the school for a future student. Our lodge is environmentally friendly and you can bring the whole family. Our off season rate is available during the Common Ground fair, one of the largest organic farming fairs in the country.
