Vacation Rental Description

One of the few rental units (14B) at Beach Colony Resort, the newest  
building on the island, that has a breathtaking view of 30 miles of  
Gulf Coast beaches stretching eastward from Navarre Beach to Destin  
and beyond. 
The living room continues this panoramic Gulf view with wrap-around  
windows and sliding doors. The dining room seats six easily with an  
adjacent bar overlooking the gourmet kitchen and its granite  
countertops and top of the line appliances. A bistro table and two  
chairs add to the initmacy of the kitchen setting. Double doors lead  
to the privacy of the master bedroom suite where a wall of sliding  
doors open to the terrace and spectacular Gulf views. 
The master bath/spa is a world unto itself. The Whirlpool bath next  
to the fully tiled walk-in-shower is surrounded by windows that  
afford magnificent views of the Gulf while ensuring complete  
privacy.  
The second bedroom and bath become a private suite by closing the  
pocket door. A seperate laundry room with oversized washer and dryer  
add to the ease of carefree living. 
If you want to do more than just relax and sunbathe on the beach or  
read a book with a glass of wine on the terrace, there are miles of  
bikerails along the beach and an air conditioned exercise room in  
the building to help you take care of your health, after all the  
delicous seafood. 
Our best feature however, is being in the middle of over 25 miles of  
federally protected uncrowded and unspoiled sugar white beaches.

We rent only to family groups and responsible adults over the age of 25. House parties are not  
allowed. Should  
a group misrepresent itself, it will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
