Cute "beach decorated" one bedroom, one bath condo unit located one  
block west of the ocean in Pompano Beach, Florida. 
The building is located 1/2 Block west of A1A, north of Atlantic  
Blvd and the  
14th Street Causeway. The ocean is on the east side of A1A,  
estimated at 600 Feet. Direct Beach access on 16th Street.  
 
This is a second floor unit in a two story walk up building. 
(No elevator-come on-you know you need the exercise).  
 
Quiet interior corner unit with bedroom in rear unlike most in  
complex.  Queen size Bed in bedroom, Double Wall bed in Living Room.  
Full kitchen and all amenities. TV,DVD & VCR in living room.  
Additional TV & VCR in bedroom. Books, movies and music in unit for  
your use. Make yourself at home. 
Smoking permitted OUTSIDE unit on terrace only.

I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful time spent in your  
condo this past week.  It was so comfortable, and the complex is  
beautifully landscaped.  We loved the close proximity to the beach.   
It was truly a relaxing time, even with our 11 mos. old daughter in  
tow!!  She got the biggest kick out of seeing herself in all the  
mirrors!  If we ever make it down that way again, we'll be sure to  
stay at your place!

great, we enjoyed your nice apartment, the location, the pool, our  
daughter loved the DVDs...

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated Swiming pool and tropical setting, suffleboard court and BBQ  
grill on site. Beach chairs and towels are kept in the unit for your 
use. Towels,soap & toliet paper are provided. 
Full time manager who speaks english, french and German and  
knows all the good places to eat and drink around town!  
Maid service twice a week.  Coin laundry room on site.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, fishing and restaurants are all nearby.
