Less than 2 miles north of Durango mountain Resort, our modern 2,200 square foot townhome, built in 2007, is located in Cascade Village right off Highway 550. Cascade Village features an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, ski shop and a free shuttle to the ski resort.
Newly furnished with rustic high quality furnishing to suit the most discriminating tastes including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances with seating for 8 in the dining room. This exceptional property features an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings along with three bedrooms (King/Queen/Bunk Bed with additional Twin bed) and a loft (queen pull-out bed) to comfortably sleep 10. After skiing or exploring, its great room with gas fireplace and mountain vistas is the perfect place to relax.
The townhome also features flat screen TVs in the main living space and loft, a mud room, 3 car garage, laundry room, hardwood floors and slate tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Views of the both Engineer Mountain and the Needles Mountain range from the balcony are breathtaking.
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities as well as the Durango/Silverton Train.
