If you need a spacious home for your tropical vacation, family reunion, wedding or whatever, this is it! Great view of the causeway and the Laguna Madre from the balcony or right from the kitchen and the living room.

The eat-in kitchen will seat 10 people. The living room provides seating for many people with 3 full size sofas. The loft overlooks the living room and the kitchen.

 Fenced backyard is very private and quiet. Full size washer and dryer downstairs.

This house sleeps up to 16 people., 1 loft Bedrooom that sleeps 4 and 1 den sleeps 2. Here's the detail.

Main Floor:
1 large bedroom with private bath, walk-in closet - King size bed plus sleeper sofa
1 bedroom with private bath - King size bed
1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room with bathroom to share by the kitchen/living room
1 Queen sleeper sofa in the den with bathroom to share.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms two bath with a  kitchen net

We can sleep up to 16 people, but the house is most comfortable for about 6 to 12 people. This house has a great view of the bay from the living room, kitchen and the huge balcony. There is a 4 night minimum stay

Laguna View is a beautiful large house overlooking the Laguna Madre bay. The house is on a peaceful and quiet street facing a wetland frequented by local and migratory birds. If you are looking for a large house for your family and friends to enjoy a coastal vacation, this house is it. South Padre Island awaits you with many outdoor adventures like world class fishing, bird watching, all the great water sports, especially windsurfing and kite boarding, or just relaxing on the beach. The best feature of this house is the large windows in the open kitchen and living room looking out over Laguna Madre. Even when you are inside the house, enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing on a sofa with that great book, you can enjoy the great view. In the evening, kick back on the large deck with a cool drink with friends and family and enjoy the sunset, watch the fishermen come home, and tropical birds feeding. On summer weekend nights during summer, enjoy the fireworks put on by the town on South Padre Island. You’ll be amazed by the view of the Queen Isabella causeway at night from the deck. It’s very peaceful.
