A charming French cottage nestled in the wooded dunes overlooking
Lake Michigan. The location is quiet and peaceful. The deck offers
wonderful views of the beach, Grand Haven pierhead, and awesome
sunsets. The cottage is approximately 100 steps from the State Park
beach and is within walking distance along Grand Haven's boardwalk
to downtown Grand Haven.
The cottage is adorably furnished offering a VHS/DVD television with
cable. A fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishes, linens and stackable
washer/dryer. Dining area is complete with a table and six chairs.
A delightful sunroom just off the dining area is perfect for
catching up on your reading.
Two bedrooms are on the second floor that can accommodate up to six
people. The first bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers,
nightstand and an overhead fan. The second bedroom has a double
bed, a set of bunk beds, a small television with VHS/cable, chest of
drawers and two nightstands. The cottage has one bathroom with a
combined shower/tub. All bed linens and bathroom towels are
provided. The deck features patio furniture and a gas grill.
Parking is for two cars.
Because of the 40 stairs to climb to enter the cottage, it is not
handicap accessible. Pets are best kept at your permanent residence
during your weeklong stay.
Beach access - a footpath brings you to the State Park beach.
Within walking distance to Grand Haven shopping, ice cream and
restaurants. Catch the trolley in to town at the end of the footpath.
Thirty minutes from outlet mall shopping north of Holland or
north of Grand Haven just south of Muskegon. Many antique stores
along the way. Golfing, charter boat fishing, blueberry picking,
Farmer's Market, antique malls, beaches, pier fishing, sailing,
boating, kite boarding, hiking and movie theaters are available to
you.

Our weekly rental rates for 2009 are as follows:
$1,400 per week:

We rent from Sunday to Sunday. In addition to the weekly rate, we require a $500.00 refundable
security deposit. (Note: any damages found upon entering post rental period internally or externally
are accessed and paid for by the security deposit. Depending on the damage, mileage to/from local
stores to replace items or have professional services rendered are charged to the renter.)
