Playa Selva is located on the Tulum beach; 8 km from the town, 8 km from the Tulum Mayan ruins and 3 km from the extraordinary Sian Ka'an Biosphere Natural Reserve (UNESCO World Heritage).

We rent our main house - the tower of the birds - with oceanview:

Three story house in the middle of palmtrees, located behind the dune, for 2-4 (maximum 6) people, very good suitable for a family with children.

Ground floor: Completely equipped kitchen, living room with  sofa (which can possibly be converted into a sleeping area) and a dining table, half bathroom, terrace with table.   

First floor: Bedroom with 2 individual size bed (together a kingsizebed), bathroom with tub             

Second floor: Large bedroom (kingsize bed), terrace in the middle of palmtrees with ocean view, staircase to the roof terrace where you have a lounge area with an amazing view over the jungle and the ocean - enjoy sunrise and sunset over the palmtrees

distance: Try Tita Tulum, La Zebra, El tabano, Hartwood, Om,
Casa Violeta, Casa Banana... - all are close.

Prices 2011 / 2012:

• High season (December to May): 2500.- usd per week
• Middle season (May, July, August, November): 2100.- usd per week
• Low season prices (June, September, Oktober): 1800.- usd per week
• Christmas/New Years Week 2012/2013: 4200.- usd per week (only weekly rental from saturday to saturday; 22nd until the 29th of december and 29th of december until the 5th of january)

14% taxes are included in the prices.

Payment methods: Bankwire, Paypal (+ 4% taxes).
We charge 50% by reservation and the other 50% one
month before renting.
