Coronado Village and Beach in Coronado

We are renting our beautiful 2900 sq.ft. 3 BR 3.5 BA home 3 blocks from the ocean and center of the village on a quiet street.  It has a large well equipped kicthen as the lady of the house is a gormet cook.  It, also, has an electric stairlift for those in need of some help with stairs.  The dining room seats 10 as does the table on the deck in the back yard. There is a breackfast counter and an informal eating area off the kitchen.  There are 2 master bedrooms with queen beds and private baths.  The third bedroom has 2 twin beds  and shares a hall bath. The office/computer room has a comfortable queen converta bed.

No smokiing or pets, please.

A lovely small town next to a large city with the world famous San Diego Zoo and Animal Park.  There are too many attractions to mention.

09/01 to 11/30... $2200/$8000

Rates are not confirmed until signing rental agreement.
$500 Non-refundable deposit required to confirm rental agreement.
Rent must be paid in full 60 days in advance.  Cancelation refunds on a sliding scale specified in the rental agreement.
$1000 security deposit.
There is an $80 cleaning fee per week or $300 for a month.
