PAYMENT:

"MUST BE FOR FULL PAYMENT...including any taxes, fees, currency exchanges!

Pay in full by sending your rental agreement and check by snail mail. Once we receive that and your check clears our bank. You'll be sent your reservation # and confirmation letter by email immediately and a packet with your copy of rental agreement, confirmation, your reservation number, restaurant gift certificates, condo suite address, directions(if your at the airport or driving from your home) to any of our Time Share Family Vacation Condo locations in 8 states. You'll receive every thing you need in about 4-7 business days after your funds clear. We will contact you by email and a phone call at that point. Your ready to pack. Start planning what you want to do upon your arrival.

1) A check from your checking account with your bank or credit union:

* For those that would like to use a PERSONAL CHECK from your checking account. For faster service you may send check over night Post Office service. Cost approximately. $17-25.

2)  PayPal:

     Visa - American Express - Master Card - Discover Card - Bank Debit Card

* We accept credit card and debit card payments through PayPal (2.9% fee for domestic bookings and add 1% on if booking from International Country...also foreign currency needs to be converted over into American Dollars for the exact dollar amount to pay for rental. Any fees for payment to us will be added to your transaction). PayPal is the most reputable payment gateway available today. Check it out for your peace of mind today! You'll receive your invoice with your reservation # thru PayPal. A confirmation letter will then be emailed to you.

3) Wire transfers from bank to bank:  

* Relatively cheap way to secure your transaction, with quick results.  

Policy - Terms - Agreements:

 A Renters agreement Form will be sent to you through snail mail and email(you must fill out), sign and return. Which will need to be filled out by the person that will be responsible for the making the reservation and also must be the person checking in and out at the resort front desk. That person is also responsable for any other issues that occur from check IN - check OUT by any person (s) in party and or pet if the guest brings one.  

Cancellation....1 regular nightly rate plus tax for that time frame you made your reservation for...if you cancel from time of making your reservation for any reason and up to within 31 days of your check in date. If you book your reservation or cancel 30 days or less from your check in date...NO-REFUND...NON-transferable...NO modifications. Like re-schedule dates to reservation are allowed, once your reservation is made for the dates of your check in and out dates.

* Required Deposits at check in:  

 1) $50 security deposit....will be refunded to you, if no damage or other services rendered

 2) Condo Suite Rental clean up deposit of $80...non-refundable

 3) PET Dogs or Cats up to 60 lbs. only! ONLY 1 ALLOWED....NO Pit Bulls(or related), Sheppards, Husky, Dobermans, Rottweiler. Need any more info on pets....email your questions. Pet deposit $75...non-refundable
