Beautiful Island Style Beach Houses - Private Beach and Dock in Roatan/Bay Islands

There are four houses in The Sanctuary. The Mango and the Bamboo are
set back from the beach about 150 feet, nestled among trees in a
park-like setting, sitting amidst thirty varieties of fruit and nut
trees, exotic flowers with a stream running through it. The Beach
House and Beach Cabana are on the beach where beautiful sunsets and
sunrises offer up their magic reflected in the blue waters protected by the Reef just 100 ft. from shore.

The Sanctuary is on six beautiful acres on the western end of
Roatan, that is both gated and guarded for your privacy. A white
sandy beach runs along 300 feet of the property with sparkling blue
waters and a sandy ocean bottom.

Best of all, the Sanctuary is directly across from the Dolphin pen where you can watch their training and swim in the waters where they play. These breezy, quiet, informal homes are provided with every
convenience and comfort.

Each house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with comfortable beds, modern
baths and kitchens w/ hot water. The Beach Cabana is a small
efficiency cottage with one bath, minimal kitchen and front deck
overlooking the beach.

Fully equipped with high speed internet, cable, cell telephones, modern appliances, barbecue grill, hammocks, ceiling fans, and large decks.

Excellent swimming and snorkeling within one of the world's greatest
barrier reefs from your own private beach. Anthony's Key Resort is
just a short walk (or swim) away, where the Institute for Marine
Sciences offers dolphin encounter sessions and daily demonstrations.

Swiming, snorkeling, scuba diving, nature hiking, horseback riding,
and discovering a whole new level of relaxation are all things that
can be experienced with ease here on Roatan. Our staff on hand can
gladly assist with arranging any of these activities.

High Season: Dec 15 - Sept 6 (2 guests):
Beach House $1100 weekly, Mango $900, Bamboo $800. Cabana $650
Low Season: Sept 6 - Dec 15 (2 guests):
Beach House $750 weekly, Mango $650 Bamboo $800, Cabana $500

Additional guests are $100 per person weekly.

Rates available and negotiable for longer stays depending on
availability: $600-$3000/month, houses vary

Nightly and Weekly rates include housekeeping and laundry
service.
Cook available for $15 per day.

10% discount on rental of second week

Xmas/New Year's week: $750-$1800
Easter week: $700-$1500
