It can lodge up to 4 people and it has central air, ceiling fans in every room, queen-size sofa bed, flat screen plasma TV, Internet, Satellite with Premium Movie Package which includes HBO, Cinemax, Showtime & Starz, Premium Sirius Music channels, stereo system, iron & board, alarm clock, hair dryer, towels, bedding linens, and washer and dryer on premises.

Cancellation Policy: Full Refund of Deposit If Canceled 30 Days Prior to Arrival. 50% Refund of Deposit if Canceled 14 Days Prior to Arrival, minus $250 Administrative Fee
