Vacation Rental Description

This 2007 contemporary 1st floor 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium with a quiet, secluded and 
beautiful golf view is located in the new Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club master planned 
community. Heritage Bay has 27 holes of championship golf and the community and the golf course are 
getting rave reviews. Heritage Bay is located on Immokolee Road, Naples and is only several miles 
from I-75 for travel north and south.  Wiggins State Park and beach is directly down the end of 
Immokolee Road with downtown Naples and other Naples beaches close by as well.

The Condominium is fully furnished and fully equipped.  Furnishing's are contemporary with leather 
seating in the living room.  There is an open dining/living room with an eat-in kitchen, a master 
bedroom with a King bed, 2 Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 color tv's (LCD Flat Screen in the Living 
Room), a screened lanai with table and 4 chairs and an assigned carport parking space.  The view from 
the lania is stunning: you look directly over water to the 6th green of the "Cypress" 9 with only 
Preserve in back of the green.  Visitor parking is available.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Lewis/Asinger designed 27 hole Heritage Bay Golf Course has multiple tee boxes and can be enjoyed 
from different lengths (over 7000 yds from the tips) and is a challenges for all levels of players.

The tennis center and courts are completed and open as is the Amenities Center with snack bar and 
main pool.  The Golf Clubhouse is currently under contstruction and is expected to be completed in 
2009 but a completion date has not been set.

A neighborhood pool is available.

Biking and walking trails are available.  The cosmopolitan shopping and restaurants of Naples are 
close by as are many malls and restaurants on Rt. 41.  Immokolee Road connects to all major roads 
making auto travel easy.  Beaches and state parks are close by. 

Activities and Attractions

The Naples area is noted for many seasonal activities including outdoor concerts, art and craft 
shows, parades, professional golf tournaments, the Naples Philharmonic, local fishing and the Red Sox 
and Minnisota Twins spring training in Fort Myers. Local gulf beaches include the Wiggins Pass State 
Park, Naples Beach, Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach.  All are beautiful and with 
facilities.

Vacation Rental Rates

Please Note:  Rental is for 2 Adults only with No Smoking and No Pets.

All rentals are subject to a one month minimum stay.

Golf membership for two is available with the payment of a transfer fee of $200.00 and a $50.00 
processing fee allowing the full use of Heritage Bay's amenities.

All utilities are included.  Long distance telephone calls must be 
made with a credit card.  All rentals require a $500.00 security 
deposit.
