Smiley Haven is less then 45 minutes from Brainerd/Baxter, Walker, Nisswa,  30 minutes from Pequot Lakes, Breezy Point, and less then 15 minutes from Pine River, Backus, Hackensack, Longville and the Paul Bunyan bike trail which is the longest paved “Rails to Trails” in the nation.  Smiley Haven is located within a few miles of over 20 other great fishing lakes.  The Brainerd/Baxter and Walker lakes area of Minnesota  host most of the chain shopping stores and restaurants in the country and offers a variety of activities such as Championship Golf Courses, Basketball Courts, Bike Rentals, Casino’s, Game Rooms, Gyms, Horseback Riding, Jet Ski-Pontoon-Kayak-Power Boat Rentals, Volleyball Courts, Water Parks, Miniature Golf Parks, Go Kart Tracks, Sailing, Racquetball, Wind Surfing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobile Trails, ATV Trails, Down Hill Skiing, Ice Fishing, and much much more.  Pine River is located half way (45 minutes) between Brainerd/Baxter and Walker, Minnesota.

Reservation and Damage Deposit:

Reservation Deposits must be received within 10 days from the date you receive your rental agreement. Full Payment for rental is due three weeks prior to the commencement date of your rental. Weekly Rental & Daily Rental of 2 days or more requires a $300.00 Reservation Deposit. Monthly rental requires a $900.00 Reservation Deposit. Reservation Deposits will be converted into your Damage Deposit upon check-in. Damage Deposit:  In the absence of damage to the Cabin and Property, loss of property or the need for heavy cleaning beyond the normal and expected, your Damage Deposit will be fully and promptly refunded within 14 days from the end of your stay.

 Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the beginning of your scheduled stay, your Reservation Deposit will be refunded to you in full less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the beginning date of your scheduled stay, the Reservation

Deposit will be forfeited, unless the vacancy created by your cancellation is filled in the same capacity as your reservation.

Other Rate Information:

$20.00/night or $120/week per extra person over 5 people staying in the cabin, camping out in tents, or staying in RV's or Trailers.  No additional charge for children under 2.

$65 cleaning fee on stays less then 4 nights.

 Pets $15/pet per day or $75.00/pet per week. Pets must be leashed or kenneled at all times. Portable kennels are available on site if needed. Call about exceptions to leash & kennel rule.

 10% discount for Frequent (more than 1 time a year) and return renters. (only one discount per rental)

Camping Charge $7.50/day/Tent PLUS Cabin rental at daily, weekly, or monthly rate (No Charge for screen tents for dinning)

RV or Trailer hook up rate $27.50/day/unit PLUS Cabin rental at daily, weekly, or monthly rate.

4th of July week rental is $1398 plus sales tax
