Very close to Cape Cod, but without the hassle of the Cape traffic and crowds. Easy drive to Boston and Providence also. Warm water and good fishing. Great cove for kayaking and bird watching.Many nice restaurants nearby. Ferry service to the Islands from nearby historic New Bedford.
