Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre, gated community, with 24 hour security. It offers numerous outdoor pools and hot tubs. The main balcony has direct views of the ocean.
There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen has granite counter tops and plenty of cabinet and pantry space. All bedrooms have televisions and adjoining full bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom #2 has 2 queen beds, and bedroom #3 has 1 queen bed. There is also a convertible sofa. Both the master bedroom and bedroom #3 have direct access to the large balcony overlooking the ocean. There are three separate balconies, all with spectacular views. Renters through the owner do not have access to the waterpark.
