Vacation Rental Description

'Montana Viejo' is a beautiful spacious two bedroom, two bath home 
that sits on the 8th fairway of the Classic course, behind the gates 
at Indian Wells Country Club.   The south facing views from the 
living room, family room and dining room are the finest in the 
desert.  This classic Palm Springs architectural beauty was 
completely remodeled inside and out in the spring of 2004 and newly 
decorated and furnished by Brenda Miller Interiors of Los Angeles in 
July of 2004.  No expense has been spared in the furnishing using 
the best that Lexington and Tommy Bahama have to offer.

'Montana Viejo' has a large master with a California King pillow-top 
bed and the best quality bedding.  The master bathroom is very 
spacious with a large bathtub and double sinks.  There are two large 
closets in the master as well.  The guest bedroom has two full 
pillow-top beds with all new bedding.  There are two large closets 
in the guest bedroom and another large guest bath in the hallway 
with a walk-in glass door shower.

Every surface in this home has been upgraded with all new stainless 
steel appliances in the kitchen and granite countertops as well.  
The living room boasts a 42 inch plasma television mounted above the 
fireplace with surround sound for your viewing pleasure.  You can 
also enjoy a media center in the family room which offers you a 
secondary area for entertainment.  The couch in the family room also 
doubles as a queen pull-out bed.  Every room has been decorated and 
painted in the most tasteful colors and immediately puts you in the 
Palm Springs lifestyle mood.

The backyard features a large newly remodeled pool with a small 
grassy area adjacent to it.  The patio furniture is also new with 
several chaise lounges and club chairs for your relaxation.  The 
view from the backyard cannot be equaled inside the gates in Indian 
Wells Country Club.

There has been attention to every detail at 'Montana Viejo'.
