Condo on Beautiful Condado Lagoon in Puerto Rico

The Condo " 890 Ashford " is in El Condado ( the main tourist area
of Puerto Rico ), on Ashford Ave., facing Condado Lagoon, and across
the street from Condado Beach. It is a 10 minute drive from the San
Juan airport.
If you are not familiar with the Condado Beach area, it is
perhaps the most popular, and well maintained beach in Puerto Rico.
Unit 4G is on the fourth floor (the building has an elevator).
The Living room has very large sliding doors that open onto the
balcony, which overlooks the lagoon and the skyline of San Juan .
The bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The living room sofa opens to a
Queen sized bed as well, so the condo can accommodate 4 adults.

The condo comes furnished with all linens, towels, kitchen
equipment, stereo, CD player,
tape deck, cable, TV, VCR/DVD, Broadband Internet hookup, air
conditioner, and free local phone.
All you need to bring are your clothing and music.
The building is very secure. The property is fully enclosed and
gated. There is a designated Parking spot for 1 car within the
compound. A key is required to enter the compound as well as the
lobby. There is a Laundry room on the ground floor of the building
with coin operated washers and dryers (cost is $1.25 per load). Your
lobby key opens the Laundry room.

The Condado area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home
to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops,
all within walking distance, and a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan
and
close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico.
There is a fitness center, and a Cyber Cafe,a short walk away.
Taxis and buses are always available as you are on the "main drag "
leading to Old San Juan. There are many hotels in the area that
have great
Casinos, excellent restaurants, and live music. Many of the island
excursions (Parasailing, SCUBA, Snorkeling, Horseback riding etc.)
can be arranged
through them with the operators picking you up from their hotel
lobby.
Although being so close to such a busy area, the condo is very
quiet. It truly is a great place to relax as you take in the
beautiful views of Condado Lagoon and the San Juan skyline.
